T.O. Olaposi

Dr. Titilayo Olubunmi Olaposi is a Principal Research Fellow at the African Institute for Science Policy and Innovation of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. She got Ph.D in Technology Management in June 2010. She is a lecturer and a researcher. She teaches at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She has supervised more than fifteen postgraduate research students. Her research focus is in the areas of Technological Entrepreneurship, Research Management and Leadership, S&T Policy, Technological Innovation Management and Gender issues (especially in relation to the UN Sustainable Development Goals). However, she collaborates with researchers from a wide variety of disciplines where she can contribute knowledge in the areas of policy development/implementation, entrepreneurship, innovation or research management.

Dr. T. O. Olaposi is a recipient of the African Doctoral Dissertation Research Fellowship (ADDRF), ADDRF Postdoctoral Fellowship and the University Administrative Support Programme (UASP) Fellowship. She has written 1 academic book and has contributed chapters in two books. She has more than thirty-five refereed journal articles published in reputable local and international journals and conference proceedings. She has attended seminars, workshops and conferences both locally and internationally. She is a member of local and international professional associations such as West African Research and Innovation Management Association (WARIMA), International Network of Research Management Societies (INORMS) and the Organisation for Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD).
